Thanks Craig. We actually have a native WTP integration bubbling away in the pipeline. What I describe in this article is the genesis of that. I cant make any promises as to the delivery of that - that's not my job - but work on it is underway. Stay tuned.

In the meantime are there any particular areas of deployment and debugging that you would like me to concerntrate on? Debugging a service for example?

Many thanks

Great post! Thank you so much. This is a great start on a subject that is not exactly straight forward. You mentioned that you will describe deploy and debug capabilities in this environment. When can we expect your next enlightening post?

Hi Samir,

EMF SDK 2.2.3 maybe hidden in your view by a more up to date version or somehting like that. Make sure you have check the show all versions checkbox. Or you can download it from here http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/modeling/emf/emf/downloads/drops/2.2.3/R200705141058/emf-sdo-xsd-Examples-2.2.3.zip

Hey Paul, great article! Quick question though. I'm trying to integrate Composer into my eclipse as you described but I am unable to find the package (Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF) Examples 2.2.0.v200705141058) to resolve the last dependency. That feature is not listed in the Update sites for EMF (http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/emf/updates/) when I try to find the features to install in Eclipse. Any idea on how I can get it or can you send it to me? Thanks!

Hi Ajith,
Thanks very much. Yes, the same basic principles should apply. I am not that familiar with RAD per se but I would imagine they make use of EMF etc. So the difficult bit might be finding the suitable base platform. In my case I had to use I had to use WTP 1.5.5 rather than WTP 2 or even WTP 2.x as Composer is unfortunately based on eclipse 3.2 at the moment :-(.

Anyway, best of luck. Let me know how you get on.
